Used or "Second-hand" items are not able to be returned, non-refundable, SOLD AS IS. They're sold at a major discount due to condition and they're for items we don't usually stock
Most of the time, you can return your unused, unopened product within 7 days of product delivery (confirmed by USPS tracking number) for domestic items. There are no returns for international orders.
The amount refunded will be the total minus the shipping originally spent.
Refunds for these orders can take up to 3-5 business days once the item has been received, which can take between 2-4 weeks total from the time of the order, depending on location it shipped from and how long it takes to get to return address.
In the event that we send you the wrong product, you can return it and we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping (must have photo proof, please send us an email to confirm).
